Celeste Watch Company Return Policy

If you’re unsatisfied with your watch for any reason, we'll make it right. 

Please contact Celeste to see if there’s something she can do to help you better love your new watch. Is the fit uncomfortable? Did you decide you didn’t want the band color you received?

You are welcome to email her at support@celestewatch.com, or fill out this service request form to give more detailed information.

After contacting Celeste and determining a return is the best option, you can either:

• Work out a time to bring the watch back to the boutique 
• Mail the watch back
